At the end of the 15th century, Jean de Foix Grailly, Bishop of Comminges, built as his winter residence a palace, which was enlarged by the Bishops of Osmond in the 18th century. The spiral staircase, the gothic tympanum decorated with its famous cow and the large salons still evoque their sumptuous life.

Abandoned for two centuries and falling into ruin, here it is restored, inhabited and open to the public.
